An
18 year radio veteran, Hank was fortunate enough to join the Loren and
Wally Morning Show on 105.7, WROR, in January, 1999. Laying in
the scrap heap, Hank was scooped up by the longest running morning show
in Boston and quickly put to work. Loren and Wally have long been
known for their tremendous charitable contributions and once they cast
their eyes on this charity case they had to act. Hank is forever
grateful.
You can also listen to Hank express traffic despair to countrycommuters,
who listen to the JW in the Morning Show on Country 99.5, WKLB. A
Hank Williams fan, Hank likes Faith, Jo-Dee and The Dixie Chicks almost
as much as Moe, Larry and Curley. They certainly smell better
Hank
also anchors the news on Boston's number one talk station, 96-9 FM Talk,
WTKK, on The Imus in the Morning Show, from 6-10 am. Following
the I-Man, Hank does the news on the legendary Mike Barnicle's two hour
show, spewing useless information and annoying comments, as Mike, Dan
Shaughnessy and Bob Lobel cringe, politely rolling their eyes. It
is truly a thrill for the former Boston University student, to share
the airwaves with those giants of journalism. Seriously.
In all honesty, Hank is honored to be able to greet listeners everyday
from the Greater Media studios at 55 Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester,
MA.
"Thank God they hired me," said Hank. "I don't
think Tello's would take me back at
the Meadow Glen Mall."
